Danielle Baird – Transaction Manager

Danielle is originally from a small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania and has since spent time living in Central Texas, New York City and Washington, DC. An early experience in property management sparked her interest in real estate and she soon went on to become a licensed agent focusing in transaction management. Danielle has tied her passion for housing into the non-profit sector as well, working with homeless families in New York and volunteering in international housing development programs. After arriving in Washington, DC Danielle worked in the housing department of the British Embassy before focusing on residential real estate. She has been with Lindsay Reishman Real Estate since 2011.

Anna Carr – Assistant Director of Marketing

Anna is originally from Athens, Georgia where she attended the University of Georgia and earned a degree in Advertising from the Grady College of Journalism.  Prior to moving to D.C., Anna held a marketing position at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Athens, sparking her interest in the real estate industry.  Anna will be assisting with our marketing efforts, organizing and executing community events, as well as supporting the agents throughout the entire sales process.  During her off-time, Anna enjoys traveling and spending time with her white Lab, Mable.

Marcus Jaffe – Managing Director

After 10 years as a litigation attorney in Boston, Marcus moved to Washington in 1999 where he joined RGS Title as settlement attorney.  Marcus spent his time with RGS helping run the Bethesda office, managing the Rockville office, and conducting all settlements in the company's DC satellite office.  Marcus next joined Countrywide Home Loans for 9 months before being offered the Team Leader/CEO position at the new Keller Williams franchise in DC.  As the leader of the company, Marcus enjoyed working with a great group of people to build the number one office in the District, and one of the fastest growing real estate companies in American (according to Inc. Magazine).  Marcus brings all this experience to Lindsay Reishman Real Estate with the desire to ensure the maximum quality of service a brokerage can provide to its clients.  By ensuring that agents at LRRE maintain the office's high standards, receive the best quality professional development support, and have the best support personnel anywhere, Marcus believes LRRE will remain the brokerage of choice throughout the Metro area.

David Kanstoroom – Settlement Attorney

David has focused his practice on real estate settlements for more than 17 years and has performed over 15,000 settlements. Prior to founding Kanstoroom, Vitale + Stanton, LLC, he was the managing attorney at North American Title Company in Bethesda, Maryland. Today, his strengths and efforts are combined to bring exceptional skill to contract review and drafting, resolution of contract disputes, and conducting residential and commercial settlements.

Elise Reid – Director of Marketing

Elise Reid is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in communication. A past administrative position in a realty office spurred her interest in the real estate business. Elise became a member of the Lindsay Reishman Real Estate team in 2009. As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for implementing various marketing strategies for each listed property in order to maximize its potential as a successful sale. She also aids in the planning and execution of Lindsay Reishman Real Estate events in the community. When Elise is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Jeannie Steward - Director of Operations

Jeannie Steward is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, Smith School of Business. Prior to joining Lindsay Reishman Real Estate in 2007, Jeannie spent several years in the legal industry managing and marketing various legal services to our nation’s top law firms. As Director of Operations, Jeannie assists with overseeing our office procedures and systems.  When Jeannie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
